Dual Journey of Strength: From the Ancient Charm of Changan to the Pure Breeze of Changbai, We Embark on a Growth Journey Together
Release time:2025-10-23

This year, the company organized two special team-building activities under the theme 'Cultural Immersion Unites the Heart, Nature Refines Growth.' In June, we went to Xi'an to unlock the cultural secrets of the thousand-year-old city. In September, we invited new employees to explore the autumn splendor of Changbai Mountain. All members experienced the richness of history and the beauty of nature while walking and strengthened team cohesion through collaboration, together painting a picture of growth.

June Trip to Chang'an: Immersively Unlocking the Cultural Codes of the Thirteen Dynasties Ancient Capital

In early summer June, the whole team gathered in Xi'an to embark on a cultural team-building journey where 'every step reveals history.' The first stop of the trip began at the Ming City Wall. Everyone strolled along the ancient green-brick path; the 13.74-kilometer wall stretched sinuously. Team members paused to gaze at the ancient city's scenery or discussed the historical evolution of the wall with colleagues. Occasionally, they stopped to take group photos, capturing the moment of their first encounter with the ancient capital. As the breeze passed by and clothes fluttered, the feeling of ease and enjoyment among the team members was palpable.

In the following days, the team deeply explored cultural landmarks: at the Shaanxi History Museum, they followed the docents through the bronze civilization of the Shang and Zhou dynasties and the prosperity of the Tang dynasty. The museum's bronzes, Tang Tri-color pottery, and other artifacts captivated everyone for a long time, with people occasionally whispering discussions about the stories behind the relics.

Entering the Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum Site Museum, the magnificent formation of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses left everyone in awe, while the guide gave a detailed explanation of the Qin artisans' disciplined and collaborative process of creating the figures. At Huaqing Palace, the group strolled along the remains of the imperial baths, listening to staff recount historical tales of Emperor Xuanzong and Consort Yang. In the evening, they quietly sat at the foot of Mount Li to watch the live performance of "The Song of Everlasting Sorrow," where the interweaving of light and shadow in the story and the grand stage design were mesmerizing.

At night, the Great Tang Never Sleeps City is brilliantly lit, with people wandering among Tang-style buildings, occasionally interacting with staff dressed in Tang costumes, experiencing the lively and elegant nightlife of the ancient capital. On Huimin Street, the aroma of specialty foods such as meat sandwiches, lamb stew, and steamed rice cakes fills the air. The group members gather in small clusters, sharing their favorite snacks, and in the satisfaction of these flavors, they grow closer to one another. The ancient-style street in front of the academy is filled with the fragrance of ink and books; people stop to watch calligraphy masters writing on-site and occasionally try their hand at brush making, relaxing their minds and bodies immersed in traditional culture. In the Tang Hibiscus Garden, the pavilions and towers are arranged harmoniously, and everyone strolls along the lakeside, appreciating the blend of ancient architecture and natural scenery, enjoying rare moments of leisure.

At the end of the team-building trip, everyone challenged "The Most Dangerous Mountain in the World" — Mount Hua. Riding the West Peak cable car, they looked down at the surging sea of clouds below and took out their phones to capture this spectacular scene, occasionally reminding colleagues to stay safe. During the hike, some people voluntarily helped colleagues with weaker stamina carry backpacks, shared climbing tips and carried supplies, and offered assistance on steep sections. From the West Peak to the North Peak, laughter and warm mutual support accompanied them all the way, and eventually, the entire group successfully reached the foot of the mountain.

September Trip to Changbai: An Autumn Growth Journey Tailored for New Employees

In the golden September, the company’s team-building trip to Changbai Mountain, specially designed for new employees, commenced as scheduled. At this time, Changbai Mountain sheds its lush summer greenery, donning a mix of golden and fiery red autumn colors. The pleasant 22°C weather serves as a natural 'catalyst' for newcomers to integrate into the team.

The itinerary focused on the two main scenic areas: the North Slope and the West Slope. The North Slope tour began at Heaven Lake, where participants took a mountain shuttle through the primeval forest. Outside the windows, the trees gradually turned to autumn hues. Upon arriving at Heaven Lake, the azure waters reflected the snow-capped mountains in the distance, creating a picturesque scene. Team members spread out on the viewing platform, quietly enjoying the scenery or taking photos with newly acquainted colleagues.

After leaving Heaven Lake, the team visited Changbai Waterfall, Green Pool, and the valley forest. At Changbai Waterfall, the water cascaded powerfully, and the mist brought a refreshing coolness, allowing everyone on the viewing platform to feel the grandeur of nature. The waters of the Green Pool were clear and green, surrounded by trees. New employees sat together, sharing amusing stories and challenges from work, and the relaxed atmosphere helped ease their reservations. Entering the valley forest, towering ancient trees with abundant foliage allowed sunlight to filter through, creating dappled patterns on the ground. The moist air was filled with the fresh scent of vegetation. Everyone walked slowly along the wooden boardwalk, occasionally stopping to observe rare plants, and through close contact with nature, further strengthened their connections.

The trip to West Slope was a dialogue of 'hiking and growth.' Everyone climbed along the 1,442 steps to the summit, passing through alpine tundras full of autumn wonders, where golden meadows and fiery red shrubs intertwined like a painting. Upon reaching the top, everyone gazed at the panoramic view of Heaven Lake; the vast scenery brought a sense of clarity, making people exclaim that the journey was well worth it. On the way down, people walked in small groups, some sharing their feelings from the climb, others planning which photos to sort when they returned. Laughing and chatting along the way, the sense of unfamiliarity gradually disappeared.

Echoes of a Round Trip: Empowering Business Development Through Team Building

Although the two team-building activities differed in theme and timing, they consistently embodied the corporate philosophy of 'people-oriented, united growth.' The June trip to Xi'an, from the historical collaboration at the Terracotta Army to the side-by-side climb of Mount Hua, used cultural immersion to strengthen team cohesion. The September trip to Changbai Mountain, from exploring the northern slope to trekking challenges on the western slope, employed youthful and experiential activities to help new employees quickly integrate into the company culture and feel the company's care.

Looking ahead, the company will continue to develop a diversified team-building system, making every trip an opportunity to 'unite strength and empower growth,' allowing teams to continuously spark new vitality through the nourishment of culture and nature.
